Coaching Philosophy

Coach Stephanie‘s philosophy revolves around the notion that everyone can conquer their goals and reach their potential, regardless of their starting point.

She believes any goal is achievable with dedication, hard work, and proper nutrition through fat-adaptation/keto-adaptation.

She encourages her athletes to remember that it doesn’t matter where you are when you begin.

What matters is that you focus on your goal, stay consistent, and you will reach your potential and do something remarkable.

Coach Stephanie Blair Holbrook has been coaching endurance athletes since 2008. She has a unique fitness Instagram account where you can find out about the latest open water swims, gravel bike rides, road bike rides, hikes, and runs.

You won’t find any information about student loan debt or student loan refinancing. She was a personal banker at Wells Fargo for a short time but left that because she loves endurance sports—she bank’s qualifications on quality of life.
