I am very grateful to Stephanie Holbrook for providing a healthy, regenerative running training plan. I started training with Stephanie in 2016 for my first half marathon. At that time, I was working to manage an autoimmune condition, which included going through a pretty intense heavy metal detox protocol and working on healing a hamstring issue. I was amazed that I was able to build significant strength and endurance while also healing! This is due to the wisdom of her program. I won my age group last year: 13.1 miles in 1:52 for Running with the Bears 1/2 marathon in Greenville, California, thanks to her training! This year, I feel even stronger! I met Stephanie Holbrook through Training Peaks' coach match service. Over the last three years, I have been dedicated to improving my road cycling skills and I was trying to find a coach who could combine the science of keto-adapted performance with my cycling objectives.
